Policy Statement

Therapy Council treats learners, staff, contractors, partners, and community participants with dignity and respect. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or unfair treatment.

Scope

  • Learners enrolled in Therapy Council courses or certifications.
  • Visitors, account holders, support requesters, and certificate verification users.
  • Employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and community participants.
  • Interactions on Therapy Council websites, courseware, support channels, events, and related communications.

Core Principles

  • Admission, assessment, certification, and support decisions should be based on objective criteria and published requirements.
  • Course materials should use respectful, inclusive language and avoid discriminatory assumptions.
  • Reasonable accommodations should be considered for learners with disabilities.
  • Pricing, promotions, and access rules should be applied consistently according to their published terms.

Education and Certification

Learners are assessed against course requirements, exam rules, and certificate criteria. We seek to apply these standards consistently while allowing reasonable accommodations that do not compromise assessment integrity.

Community Conduct

  • Participants must not harass, threaten, abuse, demean, or exclude others based on protected characteristics.
  • Participants must not impersonate Therapy Council staff or misuse credentials to mislead others.
  • Support and community spaces should remain professional and focused on learning.
