Therapy Council

Help build credentials worth earning.

A credential should stand for real learning—and hold up when an employer, school, or client checks it. We are a small, remote-first team building that standard. We are always open to thoughtful people who want to make the work better, and we are hiring Sales and Marketing Interns right now.

Remote, hands-on roles for people at the beginning of their careers.

Meet the roles

Open internships. Real work.

We hire interns for curiosity, judgement, and follow-through—not a long list of previous titles. Both roles are remote and carry meaningful responsibility from the start.

Your role not listed? You do not need to wait for us to advertise it. If you know where you could make the work stronger, tell us.

There is more work to do.

Our immediate openings are internships, but our team grows across these five areas. We welcome strong general applications at any time—and most people here work across more than one.

  • CurriculumTurn professional standards into learning that is rigorous, practical, and worth completing.
  • AssessmentDesign fair, applied assessments that make every credential mean something.
  • EngineeringBuild the learning platform, public register, and verification tools people rely on.
  • Learner supportGive learners clear, human help from first enrolment to final certificate.
  • Partnerships & enrolmentHelp learners and organisations choose training that genuinely fits their needs.

Small team. High standards.

Titles matter less here than judgement, clarity, and the willingness to carry useful work all the way through.

  • Remote by design

We work asynchronously, document decisions, and judge the work—not where it was done.

  • Clarity is part of the job

We write to be understood. A plain, precise sentence beats impressive language that says less.

  • Own the outcome

This is a small team. You will take meaningful work from an open question to a finished result.

  • Protect the standard

People trust our credentials with their careers. We never overstate what a programme or certificate can do.

Start with a useful note.
